Frequently Asked Questions

You have questions before you trust someone with your day. You should.

You are not just hiring help. You are trusting someone with your calendar, your clients, your follow-through, and the work that keeps your business moving. Here is exactly how Truth helps make that decision feel clearer.

What You Are Really Deciding

You do not need another hire to manage. You need support that makes your day feel lighter.

You may know you need help without knowing exactly what the role should look like yet. That is normal. We help turn the work that keeps landing back on your desk into clear responsibilities an Executive Assistant can actually own.

01

“What should I delegate first?”

We help you find the recurring work that costs you time, attention, and follow-through—then build the role around what would create the most relief.

02

“What if the fit is not right?”

You are not left to figure that out alone. Truth stays involved to help with communication, performance, role fit, and replacement support when needed.

03

“What am I actually paying for?”

Not just hours worked. You are getting recruiting, screening, matching, onboarding support, coaching, oversight, training, and continued development behind the placement.

Those are not signs that you are unprepared.

They are the exact questions a thoughtful business owner should ask before bringing someone this close to the business.

Questions Worth Asking

Before you hand someone the keys to your day, get the answers you need.

Pricing, fit, delegation, AI, performance, and what happens after the match—start with the question that is already on your mind.

Truth Executive Staffing does not just place an Executive Assistant and step away. We stay involved to help the EA perform well, grow in the role, and become more valuable over time.

Our EAs are also trained to be AI-empowered, which gives clients stronger support than traditional admin help alone.

We handle the full process behind the placement. That includes sourcing, vetting, interviewing, matching, onboarding support, role guidance, performance monitoring, issue resolution, coaching, training, ongoing development, and replacement support when needed.

Both. We support the EA in becoming stronger in the role, and we support the client in using the EA well. A successful placement requires both sides to be set up properly.

You are paying for more than one person’s labor. You are paying for the recruitment, screening, placement, support, coaching, training, performance oversight, and continued development behind that person.

The EA’s pay covers the person’s labor and day-to-day work. The service fee covers the agency’s work before, during, and after placement.

That includes sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, matching, onboarding help, client support, performance monitoring, coaching, training, and continued upskilling.

Because direct hiring gives you only the person. Truth Executive Staffing gives you the person plus the support structure behind the person.

That support gives the placement a stronger chance of succeeding and improving over time.

We provide ongoing support through check-ins, evaluations, feedback, coaching, training, performance monitoring, and guidance. We also help with concerns around communication, ownership, reliability, deliverability, and role fit.

We stay involved enough to monitor how the EA is doing, where they are strong, and where they still need development. If there are areas that need improvement, we step in with coaching and training.

We look beyond whether the EA is present. We look at responsiveness, initiative, ownership, consistency, communication, and follow-through. If we see gaps, we address them through support, coaching, and training.

We step in to assess the issue, determine whether it is a performance issue, communication issue, or fit issue, and support resolution. If needed, we also provide replacement support based on the agreement.

It means our EAs are trained to use AI to improve speed, organization, communication, problem-solving, and output quality. They are not just admin support. They are support enhanced by AI.

Businesses today need help with both human performance and AI performance. A strong EA who knows how to use AI well can save more time, produce better work, and bring more value to the business.

Yes. Our EAs come in with strong core skills and experience. But part of our value is that we continue coaching and training them after placement so they keep improving in the role.

That is part of what we help with. Many clients know they need support, but are not sure what to delegate first, how to train an EA, or how to set expectations. We help guide that process so the first few weeks feel more structured.

That is a common concern. We help clients think through the role, identify the right tasks to hand over, and create a smoother start so the EA can begin adding value faster.

Common tasks include inbox management, calendar management, scheduling, client communication, follow-ups, CRM updates, reporting, research, admin coordination, document organization, basic operations support, and other delegated administrative work.

Our EAs are not meant to stay at the same level forever. As they work with clients, we continue helping them grow through coaching, training, upskilling, and AI empowerment.

That is where our model adds value. We identify the gaps and work on them through coaching, training, and upskilling so the EA does not stay stuck at their current level.

The long-term value is that you are not just getting help for today. You are getting help that is supported, coached, trained, and improved over time. That means stronger performance, better leverage, and an EA who becomes more valuable to your business as the relationship grows.

You need help with both human performance and AI performance. Truth Executive Staffing helps provide both by placing strong EAs and continuing to coach, train, support, and develop them so they create real value for your business.
